As a Final Fantasy XIV Weaver, you will be able to take a vat of simple ingredients and work,knead, and spin them into usable items. With a minimum of three ingredients, such as cotton yarn, undyed cotton and cloth, a cloth crafter can assemble a pair of cotton halfgloves to warm the tender fingers during a cold and unforgiving winter. They can synthesize straw hats for the hammering sun with three strands of straw. In addition to armor, tools like a plumed bronze pickaxe can be manufactured to assist Disciples of the Land as they mine the caverns for precious gems and minerals, which in turn will be sold to blacksmiths.

As the Final Fantasy XIV Weaver grows in skill and rank, he or she will be able to craft even more impressive armor and tools.
